@JamaicaGleaner He's a "youth" who (allegedly) got his heart broken, and it tripped something dark in him. Let's punish but take a studied and humane approach to helping both kids make better choices in future. We cannot condone or absolve any party of wrongdoing. Hope they learn their lessons.
