If I had to get shredded in 2 weeks or less.
I wouldn't starve myself.
I wouldn't train all day everyday.
I'd just do the basics that work:
- Fast
- Sprint
- Eat real food
- Sleep 8-9 hrs
- Walk 20,000 steps
- Bodyweight training
Do this for 2 weeks and it's impossible to not be absolutely shredded.
