If I had to get shredded in 2 weeks or less. I wouldn't starve myself. I wouldn't train all day everyday. I'd just do the basics that work: - Fast - Sprint - Eat real food - Sleep 8-9 hrs - Walk 20,000 steps - Bodyweight training Do this for 2 weeks and it's impossible to not be absolutely shredded.

I'm here to let you know that consuming LESS is always BETTER. Eat less food and you'll be lean effortlessly. Train less and you'll put get better results through intensity. Consume less content from others and you'll have ideas of your own. Watch less sports & TV and your life will become the real entertainment. When you sit in the pain and silence of boredom you have no choice but to birth the ideas in your mind. Penetrate this world and let the thoughts you've kept hidden be the children you leave behind.

Normalize being lean. Normalize going to the club off a micro. Normalize ignoring people. Normalize consuming less & creating more. Normalize eliminating goyslop. Normalize building a base instead of jumping around. Normalize the reality you want to live in.

Modern day entrepreneurship is a spiritual journey. Because you're literally giving birth to the ideas in your mind. When you first start off on any endeavor your business is a direct reflection of you (just like a child). It will mimic your actions, beliefs & intentions. But as time goes on your business takes on a life of its own. With its own ideas, rituals & symbols. And eventually you must release the grasp that you have on your business and allow it to flourish on its own (let your child grow up). When you have this relationship with your business, it starts off as a baby that you coddle and care for. But the day will come where you must let go and let the business run itself. Detach yourself and all things will end up as they're meant to.

You were born to create. But you let someone else hijack your mainframe. You believed they had all the answers. And forgot that all the answers you were looking for. Were already inside you. Waiting to be uncovered and brought to reality. It's never too late... But the clock will keep ticking. Lock in.

Being lean is the ULTIMATE way to stand out and go against the culture these days. In an age of overconsumption of media, food, music & just about everything being overdone. Being lean shows you haven't fallen for the psyop. It means you use the food you consume as fuel. You put the information you consume to work. Cause ultimately consumption isn't the issue. Whether or not you use what you consume is the question. Getting and staying lean these days is literally a spiritual battle... don't lose the war.

If you ever get fat and want to reset your physique... just stop eating for 1 day. Literally eat nothing at all... for 1 whole day. And that may sound crazy to you, yet you're probably the same mfer that does an extreme calorie deficit to lose weight. WRONG (it's always harder to do a little than none at all). Just cut out all food and your body will take care of the rest: - Enters ketosis and burns off fat - Uses that fat as fuel for your mind & body - Heals your gut so you make better decision - Resets your immune system so you can't get sick - Restores your dopamine so you have motivation again Fasting returns you to the natural state of your mind & body... PERFECTION. Use the tools you already have lol.

Athletes are literally wired for success. Each of us has an innate drive to complete any task we’re assigned. To do it to the highest ability and actually achieve our goal. But once most guys stop playing they have no idea where to put this energy. Most of you end up playing video games all day so you can “compete”. Or you indulge in women & food to feel like you accomplished something. It’s sad cause if you just redirected this energy into a purpose. It’d literally be impossible to fail. You’re hardwired to win. Just cause you can’t play a game and live by someone else’s rules doesn’t mean it’s over for you. You just gotta create your own game… and when you do that success is guaranteed.

STOP Jogging… there’s a way better alternative. Jump roping. Burns more fat in less time. Can be done anywhere in the world. Strengthens instead of destroying your joints. And it actually gives you real athleticism and coordination. Get a jump rope and get right. 5 minutes every morning will change your physique and your life.

Pretty much all former athletes end up getting fat once they retire. Once your playing days are over it’s easy to slip into mediocrity. No opponents to compete against. No teammates or coaches to hold you accountable. Literally no reason at all to stay in shape. The only way to stay in shape is to give yourself a reason to stay locked in. Set up a mental environment where you have to compete everyday to maintain it. Cause once outside structure is gone it’s all on you to set up proper systems that keep you on track. The weight of the world rests on your shoulders… but there’s no better position to be in.

There’s a dark side to being the type of guy that completes everything… And it’s something I’ve struggled with and a lot of former athletes struggle. This desire to do everything that you’re assigned like the soldier you are. In most cases it leads to success: - You get your work done - You make the money you want - You complete everything on your to-do list But… You may indulge in eating everything in sight just cause you want to feel like you accomplished something. You watch hours of content just cause you want to feel like you learned something. You talk to as many women as possible… cause you want to feel like you’re a conqueror. The issue isn’t this urge to accomplish things. The issue is what you’re accomplishing. You need to shift what actually matters to you and pour this accomplishment into things that actually matter: - Completing a training session - Finishing your daily work tasks - Building a relationship with a solid woman Your drive has never been the issue. Only what you’re pouring this energy into… Transmute this energy and rise above. Simple. If you need help with this then DM me 'Hybrid'.

As someone who used to play D1 football myself it’s clear that the man who used to be an athlete is the hardest to get back in shape. Not cause he doesn’t know what to do or lacks the ability to do it. But it’s simply cause the environment is different. When you’re out there competing against your brothers while also building bonds the feeling is different. You’re held accountable and you have to uphold a standard… or you’re not gonna make it. That sort of pressure forms diamonds out of those that can handle it. But once you stop playing that goes away: - The fun - The purpose - The accountability And the only way to recreate that is to find a community that pushes you to become that prime version of yourself again. That’s why I created a private group to replicate this with intense training, proper nutrition but most importantly a community that holds you to a standard. DM me 'Hybrid' if you want to join.

Just cause I’m a Hybrid Athlete doesn’t mean I’m gonna start running marathons and jogging everyday. That s**t does not get you athletic at all. Just gonna get skinny fat and more twig that way. Instead, use jogging as a way to build up a solid foundation of endurance & your running form. Then start to transition into tempo runs and eventually sprints. That’s what I did to start running over 21+ mph. Sprints are where the magic and true athleticism comes from. Lock in.

So I played D1 football at U Miami back in college and let me tell you the training there was DIFFERENT. Lots of sprinting, change of direction and big explosive compound lifts. Literally turned my body from a boy into a man. But imma be honest, that style of training is so intense that injury is almost impossible to avoid. That’s why I developed my own system. One that still uses these same principles, but with the perfect amount of volume to see growth. And the results speak for themself. With a proper system in place anything is possible. So lock in this summer, cause we elevating all year.

If you wanna have a Hybrid Athlete physique in 90 days or less... read below: 1. Sprint 2x/week Get faster, leaner, and more youthful with 1 exercise. Run as fast as you can 6-8x/session and your body will never look back. 2. Lift 3-4x/week Intensity is key here. Full-body or upper-lower split. More weight or more reps from session to session. Get strong and the muscle will follow. 3. Lock in on nutrition Eat real food (fruits, meat, fish, veggies, potatoes, etc) And fast strategically (skip breakfast and fuel up before you train). You can allow 10% of the time to be whatever you want but save that for occasions with friends, family or lovers. 4. Nail the lifestyle down Get your steps in (10-15k/day) Get your sleep in (8-9 hrs/night) Get your sunlight (30-60 min/day) But most importantly find others to do this with. Make the process fun. Compete against others and build a community. This is the only way that all these habits become a lifestyle. But it all starts with you. Lock in today.

If you wanna wreck your gut then do this: 1. Eat around the clock, snack all day & never give your digestive system a break. Ignore the permanent brainfog and lack of energy that you have, it's normal (to you). 2. Make sure to eat foods laced with seed oils, added sugar & refined carbs. This way you can destroy your gut lining while getting addicted to the foods causing your misery. 3. STOP moving Wtf is wrong with you?! Why are you always moving??? Movement is essential to being a human & helping your digestion so you need to cut that out Sit your ass at your desk, eat your goyslop, and enjoy the circuses on TV that keep you sedated. Like, retweet and follow for more content like this.

Fellas the body that gets you laid doesn't stem from how you look. If it did then all bodybuilders & aesthetic dudes would be drowning in women (they're not). It comes from competence. What are you capable of doing and achieving? Can you run fast? Dunk a basketball? Throw a knock out punch? It's always been about what you could ACTUALLY do. The looks come naturally once you unlock the ability. Simple.

The body that gets you respect is NOT some bodybuilder physique. It's not one of these "aesthetic" guy physiques either. The body that truly gets you respect is the Hybrid Athlete physique. A mix of strength, speed & power. Having the ability to run fast and jump high. While still lifting a stupid amount of weight. Combined with control over ones tongue and what they put into their body (eating healthy & fasting). This is the new meta.
