For example… the people who post themselves in the gym acting like they’re so disciplined and have everything together. But the consistency isn’t there anywhere else. Don’t try to convince us. You need to be convincing yourself.

Real discipline shows up everywhere. Your body. Your habits. Your work. Your relationships. People who are truly disciplined don’t have to convince anyone. It’s obvious.

The only reason why you feel like you have nothing going on in life is because… you won’t get anything going.
