I do a great job at ignoring people who I know don't love me.

Know the difference between: someone wanting a relationship with you vs. wanting access to you. The first one is interested in YOU, the other — in how you can benefit THEM.

The Universe said: if you have an anxious soul, do everything for fun. Go to a job interview for fun. Submit documents for fun. Start a blog for fun. Take the chance just to see where it leads. Anxiety feeds on importance. Stop treating every step like it's the final test.

Eventually, the storm runs out of rain. You'll get the chance to rebuild after the negative loops, the setbacks & nights spent wondering if things would ever change. When that opportunity arrives, honor it. Don't return to what nearly destroyed you simply because it's familiar.

You should think very highly of yourself. Not out of ego, but because of growth. You know what it took for you to become you: The battles nobody saw. The sacrifices nobody applauded. Growth deserves recognition. Respect your resilience. Honor your journey. Know your value.

Going out and experiencing life is really the best medicine for improving your art, your writing, and restoring your passion. Creativity isn't fueled by staring at a screen or endlessly consuming other people's ideas. It's fueled by living.

Some people never loved you. They loved how available, understanding, and forgiving you were. Real love doesn't disappear when access becomes limited. Real love respects your boundaries, values your time, and appreciates your heart without treating it like an unlimited resource.
