Writing on X (Twitter) changed my life. • An audience of 8000+ • Generated over 90K+ in profits • Delivered over 150K+ in client results Now I will hit 6 figures in annual revenue in 2025. Sharing the exact blueprint in this post - ---- I will start with a quick recap of my 2024 for context - • 3 clients quit their 9-5s to build online full time • Multiple clients crossed the $5K/mo mark • Couple crossed the $10K/mo mark as well • Compiled 4 core case studies for my business • Launched and scaled a community ($800-$900/mo) • Learned from some of the best mentors in the space • Almost hit the $10K/mo mark (took me 33 days) • Generated over $150K in client results ---- With that out of the way heres the goal for 2025 - $120K in annual revenue or consistent $10K months --- Whats the math to achieve this number? My revenue will come from 3 main sources - • Premium offer ($3000) • Core offer ($1000) • Other LTOs ($100) I will enrol these client numbers in 2025 - • 20 premium clients • 40 core clients • 200 customers Lets break this down into quarterly numbers - • 5 premium clients • 10 core clients • 50 customers ---- How will I acquire these clients/customers? I will use the same simple funnel I used in 2024. Twitter → Email → Clients Twitter → Clients Join my email list for more details on the funnel. (link in bio) ---- So what will change in 2025? I will focus a lot more on my personal brand this year. I was posting in 2024 as well but growth wasnt a priority. I was focused on converting traffic I already had into profits. And it did help me double my profits in 2024. But now with a solid backend I can focus on growth again. This will turn my business into a profit machine. I will also launch more low ticket offers in 2025. It wont be my primary source of revenue. But it will allow me to help and impact more of my audience. Especially those who cant afford my high ticket offers. Thats the 2025 roadmap in a nutshell. But you know I dont just want to hit revenue numbers. I want to do it my way so there will be some rules. ---- Here are the rules I will follow - • My primary offers will only be live few months (hence the quarterly breakdown above) • I will only work 4-5 hours every day • I wont be using complex funnels or systems • I will only work with clients I like and vibe with • I wont chase prospects or entertain mybes ---- Why am I sharing this with you? I am a big believer of building in public. That means documenting everything - wins, loses, lessons. You can chose to replicate this entirely or use parts. Want my help with the implementation? DM me "2025" and lets talk strategy. (not free) Talk soon -Saurabh

Today I turn 24. At 20-21, I was a mess. No direction. No meaning. Just vibes. Failed at software. Failed at SMMA. But SMMA did one thing. It introduced me to writing. So I wrote. Then kept writing. Then couldn't stop. Right now? Happiest I've ever been. Wrote a children's book. Starting the second Working with 3 clients. 24 looks nothing like I expected. Turns out that's the best part. Happy birthday to me.

@TheOvermanEthos Spent way too long perfecting a thing nobody asked for. Now I don't write a single line until someone tells me they'd pay.

Building isnt the main challenge anymore. Its figuring out which product/offer is worth building. Whats one problem your audience will pay big money to solve? Talk to your audience. Understand them well. Then build something helpful.

@TheOvermanEthos Validation is the real foundation, build what people actually want, not what you think is cool.

@TheOvermanEthos Exactly. In a world where building is cheap, judgment gets expensive. The real edge is no longer shipping faster than everyone else — it’s choosing a problem painful enough that people will pay for the solution.

@TheOvermanEthos The real leverage is in understanding your audience so deeply that every action you take compounds into value they’ll actually pay for.

@TheOvermanEthos Exactly, execution is easy compared to finding the right problem. Too many founders start with a solution, not a pain point. Talking to your audience first isn’t optional, it’s everything.

@degensing Spot on. Worst mistake you can make is building based on assumptions.

@TheOvermanEthos - problem discovery beats coding skills - most builders skip the research phase - audience interviews > feature assumptions

The most successful solopreneurs aren't scaling to $10M. They're simply making more than they did at their job, minus the boss, meetings, and headaches.
