When the path changed, care continued. 💙 A PCRF pediatric plastic surgery mission, originally planned for Gaza, was relocated to Amman, Jordan, last month. Volunteer surgeons Dr. Ibrahim Elgarya and Dr. Ahmed Abdelmohsen provided life-changing care to nearly 100 children, performing 41 specialized surgeries. The two surgeons traveled from Egypt and Madinah, Saudi Arabia, with the hope of caring for children in Gaza. When border access restrictions prevented Mission #28 from reaching Gaza, they adapted their plans and extended their expertise to children in urgent need in Jordan. Thank you, Dr. Elgarya and Dr. Abdelmohsen, for your compassion, expertise, and unwavering commitment to ensuring that children receive the care they need—wherever they are. 💙

For children with disabilities in Palestine, a simple game of football can be surrounded by barriers: walls, checkpoints, and insecurity. But their dreams remain the same: to play, to belong, and to grow stronger in body and spirit. We are excited to see the LUSH x PCRF Tour continue to grow across the country! Thanks to the dedication of our chapters, volunteers, and supporters, we have hosted 37 events across the U.S., including: Chicago, Atlanta, The Twin Cities, South Florida, Charlotte, Jacksonville, New York City, Milwaukee, Madison, Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Boston, San Diego This expansion marks an important milestone in our mission. What began as a partnership has grown into a lasting friendship with LUSH stores nationwide, helping us share our message of hope, compassion, and community with even more people. With 25 additional events already planned, and more being added, our impact continues to expand. We are grateful to PCRF's longtime volunteer friend, Dr. Asan Rafee, an orthopedic and hand surgeon, and the dedicated medical team who joined him on their latest mission in Jordan 🇯🇴 Marzouq, the father of little Mohammed, who recently received his second specialized hand surgery through PCRF, shared his gratitude, saying, "We've been waiting for this chance for my son for so long." This is the impact of these medical missions. They bring hope and relief to families who have waited years for access to specialized care, giving children the opportunity to live with less pain, greater mobility, and the freedom to enjoy their childhood. 💙
