This season is genuinely such a mess, I don’t think it could possibly be scripted.
I know I am probably missing a lot of things but I will mention a few unbelievable things that have happened at Tottenham this season.
— Thomas Frank claiming that we will lose football matches in his first press conference
— Being trolled by Evangelos Marinakis after they managed to keep Morgan Gibbs-White
— Romero named captain, just to completely blast the board on social media a few months later
— Mickey Van de Ven and DJed Spence ignoring their manager 5 months into his tenure
— Thomas Frank walking out onto the pitch with an Arsenal cup
— Thomas Frank claiming he would be the manager for the Arsenal game with 1000% certainty, just for him to be sacked a few days later
— Igor Tudor making a huge decision to start Kinsky in the biggest game of our season, just for Kinsky to make huge errors and be subbed after 15 minutes.
— Interim manager Igor Tudor reportedly sacked after 7 matches.
— The top candidate to take the job is a man called Adolf Hutter.
Is there anything else I’ve missed?
English

@HansAmato Not really.
Some supplements should be taken on an empty stomach, some need fat for better absorption.
Some counteract with each other.
They just need to know how/when to take it.
English

mfs will take pre-workout, creatine, ashwagandha, turkesterone, tongkat ali, fadogia, boron, zinc, magnesium, vitamin D, fish oil, and a multivitamin
then wonder why they still feel like shit
bro your gut can't absorb any of it. you're flushing money down the toilet through a leaky intestine
I've seen guys cut their stack from 15 bottles to 3 and feel 10x better because their body could finally use what it was getting
fix the gut first. then the supplements actually work
what moves the needle once the gut is intact:
> red meat + potatoes + salt + enough calories (this does more than any stack)
> white button mushrooms (lowers aromatase, calms immune system, improves liver markers)
> kestose (improves testosterone-to-estrogen ratio)
> agmatine (significant anxiety and stress reduction)
> aspirin (calming, improves temperature regulation and resilience)
that's it. 5 things. costs less than most guys spend on their pre-workout alone
the supplement industry sold you a $300/mo bandaid collection for a $50 gut test problem
I wrote a full guide on what actually works and what doesn't on my substack. link in bio

@Ole_is_right Yep, Declan Rice kissing the camera after scoring against 14th placed Bournemouth, then not won in 3 games since, getting completely outplayed by actual midfielders. LOL.
It’s their Odegaard camera moment for 25/26.
English

@TheMightyHams @davina_thfc In the games we lost were they the only two players missing? We’re losing games with them playing this year. Both have been at fault for goals conceded. The point is you can’t say it was only due to them being absent. If they’d played with others injured we might well have lost.
English

@ThePastryMaker @Superspurs131 not gonna
Ange left us with this crap
Frank is coming in and trying to fix it
the one consistent is home form
the same players go away and get better results
Why ?
The fans in that stadium don't support the team like the ones in Sunderland, Palace or Newcastle do. Period
English

@JuniorRodigan @Superspurs131 Now add in the averages from his first season you gibbon
English

NOPE
Thomas Frank and Ange BOTH have the worst record in the 22 match span in the League - 18.2%
BUT
Look at the difference in AWAY form
What does this tell you about the home fans and the atmosphere they create ?
Do these stats show players are 'COMFORTABLE' playing in front of the HOME fans and feel their support for the whole match ?
Blame the managers and players all you want ... but to leave the fans and how they support out of the equation is being in denial

@ethan1923 @kanefromthelane @igillen227 Worse? lol do me favour and while you’re there check where the mighty Internazionale finished in the mid 90s while winning the same trophy you uninformed bot
English

@kanefromthelane @igillen227 Worse injury problems this season and no other team in history has ever had to prioritise Europa the mere idea is so insanely tinpot nevermind the fact they watered down the tournament as of last season

@KasSpurs @thfcrobin @_thfcalex Why is Kudus injured?
Thomas Frank surely hasn’t run him into the ground despite having 4 other wingers fit, and he’s definitely not sold the only right wing backup has he.
🤡
English

@thfcrobin @_thfcalex why hasnt van de ven been injured this season? and romeros been fit apart from 3 games, Even fucking richarlisons fit
English

You might not agree with him as a tactician, but one thing you cannot disagree with, is his communication.
Every single person he has worked with says the same thing.
The way he convinces players on the phone to join Tottenham over bigger clubs like Liverpool, Manchester United, Barcelona, etc, is literally unheard of, not even Jose or Conte had it in them.
Not to mention how he motivates players for big matches, such as his Europa League final speech we are all aware of.
A trait I wish I possessed.

@calumsm90397973 @mionomedev missing the fact that the squad Frank’s had available to him is stronger than any squad Ange had during his tenure
English

@mionomedev So Ange had only just got to an injury crisis, Frank had one since the beginning of the season, and Ange had over year with the players at this point as well. Is that right? Or did. I miss something?
English

Had Timo Werner, Dragusin, Ben Davies and Fraser Forster starting at this point in time btw
