@GoRonkers I think you should be able to interpret deeper meaning and even be disappointed that its possibly missed in an adaptation but if its not confirmed by the creators then you shouldn't get outright angry and attack them over it.

@Ironable I think it was to give him a more direct color tie-in with superman. Red and blue but no yellow. (They obviously exaggerated the colors in this example but it better shows what I mean)

@rockinjamies I actually really liked their depiction of hell too. Not exactly from a design standpoint but conceptually. The explanation that hell is underground because demons drove back another age of beasts to keep them contained while also deriving pleasure from it was pretty novel to me.
