Discrimination can lead to real harm. A 2018 analysis by @XinQiDong (ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P…) found Chinese American seniors who reported discrimination had nearly two-fold greater odds of suicidal ideation, compared with those who did not. @ThePineStudy

Two Chicago-based organizations can provide multilingual services to domestic violence victims, especially immigrants with Asian background: @ApnaGharInc & @kanwin_chicago. Please pass this around to those who may need help during such a season of uncertainty.
