Anybody know any good ecology-related picture books to read to kids? It’s gonna be storming this week and my curriculum doesn’t leave much room for indoor activities

@Laura_Lamming Looks like you probably have an eggplant that hitchhiked its way in! We had a few that didn't do very well in the greenhouse, and I bet some seeds made their way into different pots.

Howdy, @ThePlantProf - we have a mystery plant growing right now. It was a tag-along in some pea plants we purchased at the TTU plant sale. Would you be able to help us ID? My MIL has affectionately named it Audrey II after the plant in Little Shop of Horrors.

Listen, I'm not saying you *have* to listen to my most recent episode @TheAngryOlogist, butI don't know where else you're going to hear an awesome chat about ecology, conservation, land management, forests, owls, scicomm, possibly antagonistic bear interactions, and much more!

@TheAngryOlogist is one of my favorite people, and I can't wait for you to hear this episode about Get Out Alive, the relationships between plants and animals, science communication, and "possibly antagonistic bear interactions." #getoutalive

For the past four years it’s been my job - nay, my PLEASURE - to be the tweeter behind the @OKWildlifeDept account. This is my final post. It’s been my absolute honor to roast and ratio some of you into the ground in the name of science. Let’s take a trip down memory lane: 🧵

@ThePlantProf I'm simultaneously working on a dissertation and a book for work. I don't think I'm allowed to give anyone advice after my poor planning.
