I think two of the best things I've added to my life recently is journaling my feelings of the day and letting myself cry instead of just holding it in. My headspace has been doing alot better since.

Absolutely hilarious moment, but also very justified. That game was genuinely unwatchable with what OKC was doing out there. Just ugly and evil basketball they play that I cannot fathom being enjoyable to anyone, even as a fan of the team. Give me the KD Westbrook Thunder man...
