A US city has effectively banned data centers for the first time. St. Charles, Missouri has changed their land use rules so that data centers cannot be built. The change is indefinite, and to build data centers in St. Charles the land uses rules would need to change again.

This is just another excuse to arrest people for protesting their government regardless of their age and this is also just really dumb in general, I have pointed out long ago that at some point they'll just fake community reception just to arrest people with more sub-level excuses right after for the sake of silencing the critics to a more broad level.

There will be a large effort to get this back but with how things are, this will not be an immediately fixed issue. There aren't too many that know her in the modern Vtuber community enough to get this fixed.

VTUBER HISTORY HAS BEEN LOST OVERNIGHT. VTuber Natsumi Moe (@Vtuber_Moe), who was part of a group that predates Kizuna Ai, and went on indefinite hiatus in 2023, just had her long-abandoned channel hacked by scammers. This is why preservation is important. Sad day for us.

Discord has rolled out end-to-end encryption for voice and video calls It is turned on by default for every user so only the people in the call can hear and see what is said because Discord cannot listen in or watch the It works for direct messages, group messages, voice channels, and Go Live streams but not stage channels yet

I already say it a lot but not enough clearly but Matt Kaufman was bolstering age verification since 2025 and 2024 but often at times doesn't realize far enough that this became the very reason Roblox dies once June arrives because researchers from around the world have fully agreed by now that age verification, ID verification is factually much more risk inducing and damaging to businesses worldwide: politico.eu/article/age-ch…
