@MarkieChill @ringer @BillSimmons Yet hope should not be routed in gambling. Hope should be rooted in doing good work! GMs/Owners must do their jobs. Create an org culture of support, building competitive rosters that give honest efforts, etc. Same way good private orgs are good places to work, attracting talent.
