SITREP: GUADALUPE RIVER FLOODING EVENT Date/Time: 04 July 2025 · 1045 Hours (Local) Location: Central Texas – Guadalupe River Watershed Heavy rainfall over the Texas Hill Country—particularly in Kerr County—has resulted in catastrophic flooding along the Guadalupe River. Between 0600 and 1000 hours, the river rose over 22 feet. Flash Flood Emergency declarations are in effect. Will put out a full SITREP on CloutHub / Rumble at 1300 hours CST.
