During a hearing in the O’Keefe vs. Karen Read civil matter, Read’s attorney Aaron Rosenberg said former MA State Trooper Michael Proctor reported losing his personal phone after it was returned to him by the Norfolk DA’s office. Read’s attorneys are seeking data from that phone as part of Read’s defense.
