Emergency Planning and Homesteading EXPO I am planning an Emergency Planning and Homesteading EXPO that will bring together guest speakers, vendors, equipment, practical knowledge, and real training opportunities for people who want to strengthen their preparedness and homesteading capabilities. This is going to be a huge event, and it is being designed to give people access to valuable tools, useful instruction, and strong connections with others who take this seriously. I have often considered writing a sequel to my planning book called The Entrepreneur’s Emergency Business Plan. Why? Because much of what I teach about emergency planning also applies directly to business. Businesses face shocks too: Supply chain disruptions. Cash flow problems. Cyber attacks. Key staff loss. Infrastructure failures. Regulatory changes. Reputational damage. A smart business should not wait for disruption and then improvise. It should conduct regular planning sessions to identify possible shocks, assess vulnerabilities, determine likely impacts on operations, and build contingency plans in advance. The same planning process that helps a family prepare for uncertainty can help a business protect operations, preserve momentum, and make better decisions under pressure. Maybe The Entrepreneur’s Emergency Business Plan needs to be written.

This is not great for anyone!

I hate self-promotion, and I’m not good at it. But I’m going to say this plainly. Given what is happening in the Middle East, combined with the consequences of mass immigration and the very real security concerns raised by people like Michael Yon @Michael_Yon , this is not the time to drift through life pretending serious emergencies cannot happen here.
