It's like society only focusses on the negative which really impacts the overall standing of a business and the customers who get a positive experience hardly ever leave a review for that, like a 1 in 40 review conversion rate for positive.

You know what is stupid and ridiculous as a business owner, you can do hundreds of jobs for customers that are fine no issues and not get the 5 star reviews for it. Then you can do one job that goes wrong and you are guaranteed to get a negative review.
