5:50pm in the suburbs of Alice Springs . Happened just now in larapinta, we were walking from the park and 2 youths sneaking around a yard saw me and my family and began yelling at us for looking. The youths then rode off on electric scooters, saying they were coming back to get us. They then returned with machetes and began running towards us yelling and waving machetes at us. Luckily neighbors came out and raised alarms while I ran away with my toddler to hide in neighbor’s yard. My child is 18 months old and was chased by youths with a machete.
