Just to add to the fierce debate ongoing with fixtures. Didn't mention on the podcast but the East of Scotland have considerably more cups than any other league. Qualifying Cup, League Cup, King's Cup, Alex Jack Cup, South Challenge Cup + Scottish Cup. They seem to manage this.

The system to get into the SPFL really is a joke isn’t it? It’s probably been the most competitive, high quality Lowland and Highland League title race ever… yet no team is guaranteed promotion to L2 4 playoff games being the reward for winning the league is beyond ridiculous.

@The_Thirty_ Look at the teams who have been relegated in the past few years. None of them will ever be close to getting promoted again . It's a farce that forward thinking clubs like Clydebank, Linlithgow & Brora don't automatically go up & clubs like Stirling Albion are still in league 2

@tartanmarvel89 @SOSFLeague The South league is at the west level mid table 3rd division Bonnyton got promoted into the premier league when they moved from the South . Relegation 3 years in a row which isn't good for any team. Thankfully they've found their level. Threave joined the right way .
