I got embarrassed at myself a bit upon reflecting of my years of Coaching . I wish I could turn the clock back and redo it! Could have been much better.
I wish I knew what I know now few years back. I wonder how it could have been. 🤔

@superjourno This Coach, is very talented. I see something special in him. South Africa must preserve and nurture its own talent. I spent a full day with him in Bloemfontein and I was very impressed with him.

In 2017, I got a call from Walter Steenbook while I was in Holland doing my scouting internship. He said, “ Coach Pitso is looking for you, he wants you to join him”. I came back and join him. And I learned a lot during that journey with him. Thank you @TheRealPitso

It was late 2009 I was part of SAB Bafana advert at CT stadium. Coach @TheRealPitso was part of it. He asked what is my role at Ajax CT. I told him I’m the Head Scout. He said “you are young to be a scout”, but he wished me well & encourage me not to look back.

Exactly! When I recruited him from our u19 team to be my assistant at the Senior Team , one journalist asked me to justify my decision.
I only told him that , with time Rulani will be better than me .There was silence in that media room and few people doubted (even within the team ) and did not understand and foresee all what I see.The worst part was again
justifying my decision to recruit him back in my technical team
after Chippa United fired him .
I could not suppress that talent that few knew about it.
End of the story , you can track his journey up to date! One day he will be back in SA to share and support the experience that he is currently gathering . 👏🏾👏🏾
