Honestly @therealreal your customer support is broken. My account page says you paid me 16 days ago. Yesterday you said it was an accounting issue. Today I spoke to someone on the phone who was unfriendly and accusatory. Said it was my issue not the company.

@therealreal Worst experience ever! Never sell with them! Warning ⚠️.I submitted 3 dresses in May 2025. They sold only one for over 80 dollars and I got a whole 3 bucks! I asked for credit but they decided to charge me 13 dollars to write a check. They stole my dresses
