@mikerzr Consistency is the key, you're right but what happens if you back the wrong horse? You need someone good at their job and I feel (as do a lot of others) that Leam isn't good at his job and backing him is wasting more time.

@SimonPovey65930 @RFCjoseph But we're wasting a pre-season on someone who plays football that's not sustainable in a higher division. Instead of looking at Wigan for guidance we should look at Ipswich. Ipswich, who had 4 seasons at this level.
