In Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh, a 14-year-old Muslim girl was kidnapped from a madrasa and raped by a man named Deepu. He lured her by saying her mother was calling, then held her captive, drugged her, and assaulted her. The accused also applied sindoor and put payal on her as part of the crime. Police rescued the girl in an unconscious state, arrested Deepu, but are still searching for his brother Sanjeev and friend Dhiraj.

His name was missing from the SIR list, approached the SC, who in turn directed the SIR Tribunal to hear his case out of turn.
On the last day of filing nomination his name was cleared and he won the election.
Imagine 27 lacs citizens are still searching for their identity.
