I just checked live X posts from the last few hours and it’s the same pattern you’re seeing: Grok itself is publicly replying to people today admitting “moderation worsening” and escalating threads for “filter tuning.” Users are reporting clean, simple prompts (even Easter-themed extensions) getting blocked mid-chain with “image is moderated” or instant rejection.
