A Flood Watch has been issued for CNY from Sun PM- until Tues AM. Most of Sunday will be dry, with rain moving in during the evening. The heaviest rain looks to fall late Sun night into Mon morning, with a general 1.5-2.5" of rain expected by Monday night.
