There are currently over 15,800,000 resumes on CareerBuilder in the USA that include the word "Excel". Guess what percentage of them also include the words "formula" and "macros" (2 commonly used functions of Excel)? Answer: 0.19% (30,959 to be exact). Shocking? Questions?

Myth #2: "I don't have to put a lot of detail in there...I'll get a chance to explain myself when I get to the interview." You will not get to the interview if the recruiter or HR talent acquisition person trying to find you CAN'T find you!

Myth #1: You do not have to keep your resume to 1-2 pages. In order to make your resume more searchable, you need to include as much relevant detail as possible. Recruiters don't read resumes...they SEARCH through them...hundreds of thousands of them...

There are industry secrets that recruiters do not share...
