That surely has to be a Red Card for DOGSO by Trippier in FC Barcelona v Newcastle. A clear pull, impeding a player 6yds from goal, awarding a penalty to prevent an unobstructed goal opportunity

@Herson_7 Completely different situation. Braga was contacted directly on the foot by the defender and was clearly fouled. Palmer and Newcastle defender come together and make contact with one another. No penalty.

I’m not sure Gogic’s arm is tucked in enough for that to be deemed unnatural. If it was given on field, don’t think VAR would overturn.

@TheRefsView Same with Sevelj at Motherwell. Literally no clear angle to show contact so the red was given on his reaction of falling amd holding his baws. Yet all angles show even of there was contact he wasnt hit there and they ignored him pulling and nipping a vicko immediately prior to it

@TheRefsView In what way are our officials strong on players diving or exaggerating contact? Thats simply not accurate. I agree players honestly reacting need protected but so do those who are punished by actors.

@TheRefsView @des_roache @steveconroy458 @SMMediaEnt The Scales offside is a clear reason to have the referee announce the decision and reason to those in the stadium. So it’s not about the lines it’s about Scales coming from an offside position and makes a material impact. This is why fans are suspicious.
