Here's my story of how I changed my life for the better over the last 6 months. Thread below. 👇 Over the last 10 years I've hurt my lower back several times. Most likely due to weak core strength, lack of physical activity and sitting at a desk at work over the last 15 years.

NEW: Tulane University police fatally shoot man who allegedly shot two people on campus On Thursday outside Tulane Medical School in New Orleans, 38-year-old Lafimmas Leevon Haynes shot and critically wounded two people. A male Tulane University Police officer approached Haynes and a struggle ensued. Bodycam and bystander video shows Haynes reaching for the officer’s gun. A female TUPD officer then fired three shots, fatally striking Haynes. A gun was recovered at the scene. Haynes’ family is demanding answers, with relatives questioning why officers did not use a taser instead of deadly force and calling for the female officer to lose her job. The NOPD Force Investigation Team is reviewing the incident.
