They're very faint, but I captured red sprites for the first time last night! These were coming from large thunderstorms over Wales, approximately 150 miles away. The waxing gibbous moon to the west was almost certainly drowning them out a bit but I'm still super chuffed 😁

Nel 1984, la celebre serie TV Miami Vice scelse come auto per i protagonisti la rara Ferrari 365 GTS/4 Daytona Spyder. Tuttavia, per evitare di danneggiare l'originale durante le scene d'azione, la produzione utilizzò la vettura vera solo nel pilot, sostituendola poi con una replica costruita sul telaio di una Chevrolet Corvette C3. Quando Enzo Ferrari scoprì l'inganno, andò su tutte le furie per l'impudenza del plagio. Contattò immediatamente la produzione e impose un accordo categorico: la distruzione immediata della replica in cambio della fornitura gratuita di due Ferrari originali per le riprese. La produzione accettò. Da Maranello partirono due nuovissime Testarossa bianche (colore scelto per risaltare nelle scene notturne), che divennero l'icona della serie. La falsa Daytona, invece, venne fatta saltare in aria con un missile nella prima puntata utile. Con questa mossa, Ferrari eliminò il falso e ottenne un ritorno d'immagine straordinario negli Stati Uniti.

There is 1 down side to this lovely uplifting weather .... It's sleeping .. As houses in the U.K. are designed to retain and trap heat If only we had cheap and available energy so we could heat and cool our homes accordingly ...it would take all the stress around weather away But meanwhile Only have a cotton sheet Ideally have a cold shower or bath before bed And get some picnic freeze blocks out of the freezer Put them at the bottom of your bed or near your back It's a game changer ❄️ 🙌🏼💙

Warm days remind me of being a young child and being put to bed early and it's light and sunny outside , the curtains are gently blowing and the birds are tweeting and the sounds of lawn mowers in the distance #bliss And to the climate crazies - I remember a LOT of my childhood like this... and sleeping in the garden and being out on bikes all day and playing in the stream. To be honest ... when it's like this Britain is hard to beat #childhood

One thing that confuses many foreigners about Japan 🇯🇵 There are surprisingly few public trash cans. And yet… the streets are still incredibly clean. Many Japanese people simply carry their trash home with them. For them, keeping shared spaces clean is just common sense. Could this work in your country?
