@theroarbank What is wrong with you guys ? Why the hell everytime you guys are Blocking my account without any prior notice or any specific reason. Last time i clarified all the queries over video and audio call. Fix this asap and unblock the account at the earliest.

@theroarbank It’s been 45+ days and my physical card is still not delivered. Original shipment was returned and no new tracking ID has been shared. Customer support keeps repeating “in progress” with no real update. Please resolve ASAP.

@theroarbank i did a cashback eligible transaction on makemytrip after selecting the travel category of 5% cashback. Still not het it you can check detail from screenshot and credit the cashback calling the customer care isn't helping your services are getting worst day by day

@theroarbank I did a transaction yesterday, my card was blocked and I was told to Call customer care. I did as instructed and told to wait for a verification call. I haven't received it yet, I received the statement today, app access has been blocked with no way to pay the bill!

Really disappointed with @theroarbank credit card. Promised 20% cashback on selected categories, but eligible transactions didn’t get any cashback. Raised a ticket—no proper update so far. Poor customer service and misleading offers. Never recommend this card to anyone.

@theroarbank I made a NEFT transfer of 1,99,900 to my own bank account but the transfer hasn’t been credited since 5 days, nor any refund was provided. The Support is just ignoring my messages since 5 days and didn’t raise a ticket. Your ugly trash support is useless as hell.
