@UnitySFBank My savings a/c (Cust ID: 6958536) was frozen without notice on April 27. No communication was given, and repeated follow‑ups at Pitampura Branch are ignored. This arbitrary freeze has paralyzed my daily life, causing severe financial, legal, and mental distress.

Our financial security is compromised even within bank accounts. The Indian Government ought to be ashamed of managing an inefficient entity such as BSNL. @BSNLCorporate. I acquired my secondary mobile number from BSNL for professional use. The previous user of that number was declared bankrupt and subsequently changed their number. Remarkably, BSNL transferred the number to me without any waiting period in December 2024. Since then, I have received multiple messages demanding repayment of a loan. Despite numerous follow-ups, Unity Bank has failed to remove my number from their records. Today, Unity Bank requested ₹37700 via PhonePe. My secondary number was not linked to any bank account. This raises the question: how did they obtain my primary mobile number, which is connected to my financial accounts? Could this indicate a new scam operating within India? I respectfully request @PemmasaniOnX, @DoT_India, @TRAI, and @JM_Scindia to investigate this matter promptly. Is it justifiable to endure financial harassment for purchasing a number from BSNL?

It is time for the world to know how Unity Bank is surviving and showing profit by cheating the world at large. Do they want to deposit of Rs.1,000 to buy more assets to cheat people? How can they justify the minimum balance should be maintained of Rs.1,000/-.

All other banks have zero balance especially for senior citizens. How much more blood does Unity Bank want to suck from the surviving PMC Bank depositors. Curses on the management who will not only suffer here on earth, but after death. Shameless, ruthless management.
