One season per year is a COMPLETELY plausible timeframe, especially with an investment of 2 million dollars per episode.

The fight of Sukuna it’s an example of that, there’s so much shit they weren’t allowed to finish because of this.

A good schedule IS part of a good production pipeline. Not saying each season needs to take 2-3 years to be made, but time it’s the most essential aspect in animation.
