We know there is some element of skil, but also recognize there are things outside of a player’s control as well. One could argue this this id a way to mitigate being unlucky

@JeffRatcliffe @SiriusXMFantasy the argument for last place being first waiver priority is simply for parity - In the same way the NFL does for draft order. Not saying I agree with it.

@JeffRatcliffe @SIRIUSXM Saying it doesn’t matter when you draft is demonstrably false. Higher skill leagues prefer to draft later since there is less injury risk prior to a season start. In other words, drafting earlier increases volatility and luck, and reduces skill.
