Has anyone tried the viral TikTok Trader Joe’s flatbread recipe from last year? We did our version tonight and they turned out great! That garlic spread is amazing and we were pleasantly surprised at how crispy these got. Highly recommend!

Have to share some more food photos from our recent trip to Portugal. This might be one of the best sandwiches ever! The famous bifana from As Bifanas Do Afonso in Lisbon. Marinated pork served on a fresh crusty roll. Add chili oil and mustard, and pair with a cold beer. 😋🇵🇹

We recently returned from an incredible vacation to Portugal and have to share some of the food highlights! First, we did a food and wine tour in Lisbon. A couple specialties we sampled were octopus and Portuguese chorizo, cooked in a “canoe”! The food here is unbelievable! 🇵🇹

Smoked some kick ass pork ribs this afternoon! Mopped with a bourbon bacon BBQ sauce gifted to us by friends and it was incredible. We did the 3-2-1 method and can confirm - the meat is falling off the bone. What is everyone else cooking up tonight?

@Grandkitcheness Thank you! We use a temperature probe in everything we cook on the smoker so that we always know what the internal temp of the meat is. Then once it hits our ideal temp (usually medium-rare), we take it off and rest it!

A little homemade pork fried rice tonight! We seasoned the pork loin chops with hoisin sauce and Chinese five spice and cannot recommend that classic flavor combination enough 🔥🔥🔥 we want to use those two on some ribs soon.
