Massive benefit from fighting in the ring is your ability to be completely comfortable and at ease amongst the fire and chaos. Anyone not used to fighting is super jumpy and unsettled in the ring especially when being punched. Exactly the same in sales and almost everything else. The more rounds the more calls you do the more comfortable you’ll be rolling with the punches Being able to stay completely calm and control your emotions in the arena makes normal day to day life a BREEZE.
