I’ve started doubting myself. For the first time, I felt death in some way. Things I usually love now feel exhausting.

Do not waste time on things you cannot change or influence. Just keep moving.

You are what you do, not what you say you’ll do.

Today I’m trying to connect with myself, hoping for a good WiFi connection.

Empty. Not entirely bad - just quiet.

Most people follow cues they don’t consciously notice.

You don't need more motivation. You need fewer choices: a routine.

Never waste valuable time or mental peace of mind on the affairs of others - that is too high a price to pay.

If you need to convince yourself it’s a “maybe,” it’s not for you. Your soul already knows - allow your mind to understand in time.

Randomly felt liberated today.

Such a fog out there - public distractions, misinformation, heavy emotions all at once. Still, the only thing you can really steer is your own mind: nourish it with good stuff and be safe.
