I really hope Fortune’s Weave doesn’t do the calendar system like Three Houses

@insectjellyyy Yeah I feel (like with most things) Engage and Three Houses class colors are ugly on two opposite sides of the spectrum. Engage’s colors often times are too saturated and class with each other while 3H are so desaturated and muddy, like why is Hilda wearing such a muted pink.

@zodiac_magi So far, we’ll see how part 2 and 3 go but it has been pretty tactful. I imagine it’ll be talking about gentrification or the impact the wealthy have on these poorer communities as we learn Priest controls the area Ibuki’s slum is located, but Ibuki’s CG sees him being beaten up

Enstars handling the topic and discussion of slums in America well and tactfully, highlighting how they aren’t bad people and have passions of their own and create communities is highkey shocking. I was not expecting such a view.

@zodiac_magi Even the presumable problematic nature of the song from the Akatsuki’s perspective makes sense in the context of the story so far as the people of the slums love music and dance and they teach Souma about American street music and dancing, something he is very excited about

@TheSleepies05 Happele actually… portrayed something American/USA RIGHT??? I honestly got worried, given Ibuki’s… unique circumstances and adoption into Akatsuki 🫠

@zodiac_magi Yes! Keito at first judges the people from the slums but is told to keep an open mind and learns they are good people, this being portrayed by Ibuki being taken in by them when he had nothing after moving to thee US, providing him education, and inspiring his love for music.

@milkteaberi The new story which is Crazy B vs Akatsuki in America. In the story, we learn that Ibuki grew up in a slum and it is viewed positively with the only “aggressive” person involved in the slum was trying to intimidate Akatsuki from getting hurt due to them being obvious tourists

@sakunyarei I would say it’s been good for part 1. The discussion and depictions of slums has actually surprisingly been tactful. The only “negative” depiction of someone from the slums is a guy trying to intimidate Akatsuki to make sure they don’t get hurt by walking into unsafe territory.

Tbh, I think that plenty of people who play FE only care about a game or two in the series no matter how many they have played. However, it does make me a bit sad when people who are huge fans of the only/few FE they've played refuse to try other FE games

Okay but also CrazyB producers are getting more event points due to pulling on HiMERU so if we are being real, it is a skill issue on their part that Ibuki is winning

The voting is definitely extremely unfair towards the Event 5* but it makes Ibuki look more popular than he is so we take that win
