Anxiety Recovery Log #4 This morning was really rough I was already nervous but then anxiety really hit me hard when it was time to go because I was super worried I would be late it was so bad we had to pull over to take a breather but I carried on and I finished my day! 😁

P.S I was 5 minutes late because I let my dog out to pee and I spent ages running around the yard trying to find him to put him back inside before I left ALL BECAUSE he doesn’t like the cold weather so I didn’t want him to freeze outside all day 🥲

I’m surprised that I managed to make it through I was really struggling in the car I really thought I might of been sick but once I got there I was able to relax and get all my work done I even helped a bunch of other students with their work

Anxiety Recovery Log #3 First day today I can feel the nerves my stomach hurts I am kinda scared I didn’t sleep well last night but I’m still optimistic that it will be a good day just need to keep reminding myself that I am safe and everything is okay

Anxiety Recovery Log #2 First proper day of school tomorrow I'm pretty nervous which is causing a bit of pain which is making me more nervous but trying to stay positive I don't wanna get into a scared mindset before i go or it will only get worse😅

Anxiety Recovery Log #1 I made the decision to go back to school to get my high school degree I had orientation yesterday it was a really big day but it went pretty well! I was able to keep myself relatively calm throughout the day and the school is also super accommodating! 😃
