@TPWSpodcast Nah for real, The way they talked about it, I thought you could just play through the story and have the OPTION to gain star and what not, Not the stars be mandatory just to fill out the playtime, it had potential, but it was wack. 🙄

Yeah, im honestly really disappointed in MyRise. Its a mode i look forward to every year, and this year id have to say it was by far the worst one ive played.

@TPWSpodcast Exactly. Its the way they did it. AND its the fact they patched out the only way for people to grind it out in a timely manner. They made the grind from 1 - 2 hours, Depending on if you have the rxp boosts. To now a almost 6 Hour grind, if we do the same method.

I dont doubt that people will be happy with the content thats coming to the pass all year. Cornell knows what he is doing. He delivers on the content. Its the structure that people are unhappy about.

@ForeignFeral Taker/HHH was my favorite on this Mania. Its a banger. Even better the next year. I think the main reason this Mania is overrated is because of Lawler and Cole

In all seriousness i do think WM27 is a little overhated. Is it a great WrestleMania? Of course not. However there are definitely worse WMs out there. Taker/HHH, Punk/Orton and Rey/Cody were all solid. Plus the stage, theme etc were all amazing too

#WWE2K26 The Default Movesets aren't terrible this year, Very surprising, I've done a few shows on Universe and I dont see them doing that really bad Default Body splash anymore, Had a banger opening sequence with Dominik and Pent, Looked just like one that would be on tv.

@TPWSpodcast @WWEgames I hope we get some cool stuff for Universe. I know 2k said they always Got skipped, but I miss having Show intros, Themes for the show play while your looking at the card, The city actually showing up when you play matches. The little things make a difference IMO.

@TPWSpodcast I'd even be ok with "Perform X amount of Spears as Roman Reigns." or "Win X amount of times with CM Punk" Or maybe theres ones that give more xp like Ladder matches, TLC, MITB etc. Cautiously optimistic, but I've baught every 2K game since 22 so I may be a fanboy. 🤷🏽‍♂️

@TPWSpodcast Realistically IF Paige and Jericho show up in the Rumble, theres a HIGH possibility of them being added. So not all hope is lost on them. The rest though, not likely to happen.

Foley will be in this year im sure. Edge and Christian, big show, and Jericho is definitely a loss. But im sure it will still cook! Sable on the other hand, was LITERALLY the main woman selling out houses everywhere. Shes also NOT signed to AEW. So there's that.

Biggest thing IMO is Universe needs a major overhaul, we should be able to Reset all the historical stats for everything to 0 if we want, the promo addition was cool, dont like there being no text but it is what it is, and rivalry system is getting better but can still be improved with 3 man rivalries and what not. Universe mode has always been my favorite mode and its heading in the right direction with the addition of 2 night events, being able to schedule multiple events a day etc. But I'd even just take a draft feature at this point, gimme something nee next game ESPECIALLY with it looking like its gonna be only New Gen and no old gen consoles this coming year.

They play fine. I just wish it leaned towards more of a sim and more of what we see on TV. Something dynamic like crawling to the ropes during a submission, and actually grabbing the ropes. Limb target systems that actually mean something. Selling physics that give me the ability to have different matches. If im working someone's leg, and they reach red damage, it should show that during the match. Limping, not being able to run or climb, etc. Some sort of weapon selling animations and physics. Id like the wrestlers to react to landing on weapons with sound effects. Stacking tables should be back. Thumb tacs should be in. Ambulance matches should play differently than a casket match. There is so many things I can list and ill have videos about them coming soon but this is how my mind works, lol.
