You dudes are just being arrogant now trying to make fun of yourselves for a really poorly landed post. You got your fifteen minutes of fame, sorry it hit you in the behind for the stupidity of the post. F with an American right now, you will be dog piled. Remember me from yesterday? It can worsen if you like.

@ksorbs @JoJoFromJerz The medical term for a miscarriage is literally a "spontaneous abortion". Ireland introduced abortion legislation after a married mother died because medical staff were legally unable to abort her non-viable baby. That is where some US states are right now and it's happening.

@JoJoFromJerz My daughter has this amazing ability to keep her legs closed. (Also a miscarriage isn’t abortion, stop gaslighting women)

I have a question for girl dads who voted for Trump, You say it’s your job to protect her. So if a year from now, she is lying in a hospital bed dying from sepsis after being denied miscarriage care, what will you say when she asks you why you didn’t protect her from Trump?

You can’t start with a democracy. You have to work up through stuff like tyranny and monarchy first. That way people are so relieved when they get to democracy that they hang on to it. – Terry Pratchett, A Blink of the Screen

It looks like Donald Trump might flee the USA to go to Scotland. What are your thoughts on that?

@terryandrob I'm reminded that my son, about 13-14 years ago was told that he couldn't choose Night Watch for an A level English piece because it wasn't "advanced enough".

@rhipratchett @timestalkerfilm Love Anne Rice'e novel but have "issues" with Tom Cruise (in that I struggle to watch his smug face in anything 😁). Completely illogical I know but I've not managed more than 20 mins of his Lestat 🤦 Might now give this a go 😎

What’s a ‘new’ word that you fvcking hate? Mine is ‘staycation’. I’ve never known such a bollocky word in all my days. When we were kids we didn’t go abroad but we did go on holiday - up to the lakes, or to Devon or Cornwall or the Broads. It was a fvcking holiday. A. HOLIDAY.

@chazza I really, really hope you get the help & support you need but please if this ever crosses your mind again think about the train driver. They are told that if anyone jumps they should just hit the brakes & leave the cab but it's not always possible. Wishing you all the best xx

@Paul_B_Coleman If his god is omnipresent why couldn't he have indulged his bent for "silent prayer" back at home? What purpose other than to intimidate/harass as per section 9 Public Order Act 2023

Today, a man was criminally convicted for standing still, silently praying, in England. I've now had chance to read the decision in full. A short thread below. And before you get to the end, you can support Adam here: adf.uk/support-adam/
