I have been trying to reach @Frigidaire for a month. Call center say because of high call volume we are unable to take your call. Trying to resolve an issue for 6 months. Terrible customer service and seems to be questionable product quality. I guess BBB is next stop.

Its hard 2 concentrate on my "To Do" list today. It looks all so unimportant now that we are on what could very well be the brink of another world war. Lets just pile that on everything else that's happening while living during a pandemic and all-round crazy bad things.

@kejamieson_ I work in a call center. I cannot tell you how often I have to explain kilo does not start with a “Q” and x-ray does not start with an “E” etc. sometimes you have to modify. More people know how to spell queen than Quebec. Sad but true

Can we please make it a policy to teach people in call centres, or in general, the phonetic alphabet? "So is that S for Sally?" No phone call should be this pain inducing 😫

On the good news front: one of my kids delivered a baby girl today. Grandchild #2.

@bobmuckle I talk to several people a week that cannot use a computer, have no email or cell phone, etc. I just am not sure how you can function in a modern business environment and avoid all forms of communication.

I've got friends who remain in early stages of comm technology, by choice. One has never gone beyond texting. Texting is his ceiling. Another hasn't ventured beyond telephone land lines. Neither does social media. Mostly I find it frustrating, but occasionally I'm a bit envious.
