📣 Big update from us at SpatialGen! We now officially support Apple Immersive Video (AIV)!

We have been working with @zacharyhandshoe and team @thespatialgen since the beginning and I must say the new V2 is a game changer. Tried the first few streams and it’s incredible what they have managed. We will be moving to all of our older and upcoming content very soon and can’t wait for you all to try it out!

SpatialGen V2 is currently in beta and will transform immersive video streaming on the Vision Pro. Reach out to us if you want to be an early tester

Immersive cinema is a craft, and yesterday at @Apple's developer event, we got an inside glance at the creative process behind Encounter Dinosaurs. But my favorite part of the event was meeting people in person for the first time. I met the crew at @sandwich, a team @thespatialgen has worked with for almost a year. The experiences being built right now are next-level, and even when we get those pings at 12 AM CST because all of you live on the west coast, we love every second of it. There's too many people and groups to list here, but I truly enjoyed meeting all of you. Anthony commented that he "hadn't known this many people in a single room since his wedding," haha!

We have our first MV-HEVC HDR10 stream! All it took was us writing a segmenter to move bytes around. Rolling out this weekend! Happy Valentines Day Vision Pro! ❤️
