Harare City Council is really disappointing. I went to the rates inquiry desk to ask for a printed rates balance statement, but they turned me away because they had no bond paper. I had to go into town, buy the paper myself, and come back before they could print it.
Residents should not be expected to provide basic office supplies just to get a service from the municipality.
