And importantly they don't have some unhealthy obsession with trying to play a way even when conditions or situations don't allow them to.

Proteas again showing they are by far the best balanced and dangerous team in this World Cup. More balanced than the last edition, bowling and batting - well it's unbelievably scary for lineups and attacks the world over! Like Djokovic at tennis, they've very few weak areas!

So good from the @WomenBoks ! SA rugby finally have a director who isn’t the head coach of the main side and the juniors, junior Boks, 7s and Women all flourish! Absolutely brilliant. A director should not be the head coach too - too much to do! Well done

I’m massive Wiaan mulder fan. Firstly as a human being and secondly as a cricketer. I love how hard he’s worked on his mind game. I, however , wish he’d gone for the record. I don’t agree with the leave it to legends argument. Would love to hear opinions?? Am I wrong ?

Two people in the Proteas team Bosch and Mulder doing well. This is so pleasing to see. There is something about a player who’s had to walk the journey and graft for their place that is appealing to me! Two very good gents too! Long may they continue

I worked at the Proteas send off to London today, my dad said to me “remember when we used to watch these on tv” It was a reminder of how far I’ve come and being part of everything I watched as a kid and now working in these environments.
