@PMccoubrie Worth a stab! I’ve got one case from Barts from a patient who had a parathyroid adenoma. Had subperiosteal bone resorption, mass on USS and a positive sesamibi. Lovely FRCR teaching case.

@TheSportsRad Ah, I see what you mean. The finger is a bit wonky. But I think the phalangeal base is distorted rather than there being erosion. Plus haven’t seen primary hyperparathyroid bone changes in the U.K. apart from museum cases. Certainly not in a child
