@TheStayingInn @GinnyAndT @alexhaagaard @tee_spoonie Currently working with @torture_garden on a forum for excluded groups which will be inclusive & accessible. Aiming to build a supportive space for LGBTQ+ disabled people who are into kink. More details soon.

So many funny, warming, honest and memorable moments at this evenings #Pride event hosted by @TheStayingInn, chaired by @coffeespoonie with panelist’s @tee_spoonie, @thatjayjustice, @alexhaagaard, @Inadarkwood and @ellenfromnowon This event means so much more than I can say.

"Location is everything" @thatjayjustice shares her experience of living in different places & the realities of disabled life & queer identity. From public transport, community spaces, to public transport, these things all have an impact .

Great advice from @ellenfromnowon about making sure #Pride events build access into the budget from the beginning. Try to be in that room with the budget decision maker if you can!

Celebrating pride 🏳️‍🌈 at tonight’s @TheStayingInn panel and queer disabled spaces are so affirming. Pride events need to be accessible because disabled queers don’t care about aesthetics if we can’t get in. Why aren’t disabled people at pride? Because we can’t get in!
