As a teenager I wrote. Hundreds of pages. Thoughts about the world, myself, everything you can imagine. Then I deleted it all. It was refreshing. I was able to say, that was me then, but the me today and tomorrow isn't chained to what once was. Later I built characters, websites, spreadsheets, collections, art, videos, memes, verses of the day. All of it, erased or given away. For the folks frustrated that I delete my content, I get it. But I don't hang onto things. They are just moments in time to me. Binning them frees me, allows me to look at a blank slate and imagine something new. New ideas, new models, new collections. Maybe even new art or new writing. Really depends how the coffee hits that day. For the collectors, that want to hold onto things, good luck catching my thoughts. They tend to vanish into the wind. Thankfully most of it is just noise anyway.
