The Cornerstone Schools of Alabama board will reevaluate circumstances to determine rather we will play in January. IF we do play, those games will consist of ONLY Area opponents.

The rest of the Cornerstone boys and girls ms basketball season has been canceled. HS JV/Varsity boys and Varsity girls games for the month of December have been canceled as well as all practices!

JR Guard Javen Hunter is a big time athlete! Has a D1 offer from UAB for baseball. Very difficult to stay in front of him in open space. He has the ability to finish through traffic. Above average rebounder for a guard. Only played in 2 games due to injury hudl.com/v/2EgFuB

The absolute GLUE to our team is our 6’3 SR Forward Tyler Brown! Shows great senior leadership. OWNS the paint! Grabbed a high of 16 rebounds and is averaging 10 a game along with 8 ppg and 1spg! BIG NASTY‼️ hudl.com/v/2EgBiD

2022 6’2 Combo Guard is one to keep an eye on! He is a 3 level scorer that is actually a pass first player but has turned into a bucket! Nailed 7 3’s in one game. Leads the team at 15ppg, 2nd on the team at 6RBG, 3APG. Shooting 40% from deep! hudl.com/v/2Eff8J

Looking for a rising star. Look no further than 2025(8th grade) starting guard on varsity, Devon McKinnon. 3 level scorer that is highly skilled for his age. Solid basketball IQ. Averaging 10ppg and 1spg. A high of 5 3’s in one game hudl.com/video/3/147496…

2022 5’10 Guard Trevon Cotton. 3 level scorer averaging 9ppg in the young season. Absolute pest on defense with 3 spg. 3apg Plays more physical than his size. His best basketball is ahead of him. hudl.com/v/2Efcg4

Due to positive test within our program, all basketball teams will be on a 14 day quarantine. The next 2 weeks of games will not happen. We will work with the teams in order to possibly reschedule! #TogetherWeSoar
