It is as simple as this. There was a hole in the market. The Suber Troopers had a need that was unmet and unfulfilled. As a community, we desired accurate and timely updates. We were not receiving these unfortunately.

@SuberTracker was the original tracker but has historically been atrocious – often completely missed good opening rounds and would give up on his job as soon as Suber starts playing poorly. He is frustrated that the Suber community has embraced the new kid on the block (@TheSuberTracker) who has done a much better job keeping fans #informed and #engaged

@TronCarterNLU @BunkiePerkins Here is the situation TC: we had a fair weather tracker that was horrendous. Simply didn’t understand it was a full-time job to track Suber.
I restarted the tracker after he was silent during Suber’s entire 1st round on Thursday. I was fed up. Suber deserves a better tracker.

How Jon Rahm helped leader Jackson Suber’s career: (long one but worth it in my very biased opinion) In 2024 Suber was an alternate for the U.S. Open after missing in a playoff at final qualifying. At the time he was on the Korn Ferry Tour and struggling. He had missed four cuts in a row. That year Rahm had a foot infection and Tuesday night he WD. He was replaced in the field by Jackson Suber. And since tee times were already out Suber played with Spieth and Hideki. He was 24, it was his first major. It was his first tour event as a pro and he was coming off 4 consecutive missed cuts on the Korn ferry Tour. 95 times out of 100 this doesn’t go well. Instead he played great, beat Spieth for those two days and easily made the cut. Although he didn’t play well on the weekend it was a huge confidence boost. He told me that on a pod a few weeks after. And the confidence carried over to the Korn Ferry Tour. The next week on KFT he finished 2nd, the following week 3rd. He went on to earn his PGA Tour card at the end of the season. Now in contention at the Open.
