It is beyond belief that @Bt and @openreach can treat their customers with such disdain. Having been a loyal customer for 40 years they have ignored pleas to repair my phone lines - ripped out by a tractor 2 weeks ago. This is not service or decent customer care. It’s a disgrace

Hang your head in shame BT. Now two weeks since a tractor took out my phone lines and internet and still no sign of it getting sorted. You are a disgrace. No one should have to put up with this shit service. I live in a very rural area and because of this you don’t give a damn.

So still have no phones or internet.... 14 days later. Thanks BT for shit service and showing how much you care for your customers. Boycott BT.

The behaviour of BT is totally unacceptable. No telephone lines or internet for 12 days. Shocking service. BT controls all landlines and should have the plug pulled. Am campaigning against BT to all my media contacts.

@bt_uk Completely devastated by BT s shocking service. This is beyond appalling. Was told pole was tested last week and nothing done to restore service. Business going under because of this. Really depressed

@TheTableMatCo I'm so sorry Mary, I can understand how this must be making you feel. I've chatted with our suppliers & an engineer is needed to test the pole. I've opened a complaint on your account, my team will follow this up with you tomorrow as there is no further update today ^Lesley

@bt_uk no telephone lines or internet for 6 days now and sick of listening to BT and open reach excuses. This is NO service and BT should hang its head in shame.

@bt_uk I’m so totally disappointed in your appalling service. Still no phone lines and still no internet one week later. Now told it could be four weeks before I’m reconnected. This is a joke. My business is suffering badly and I’m suffering depression from it all.

@bt_uk I am totally dismayed by BTs shocking service and inability to reconnect my phone and internet 8 days after phone line was torn down By a tractor. I have been given too many excuses. I’m outraged at This appalling service.

@bt_uk I have been informed by open reach that I will have to wait at least 3 weeks for my internet and phone lines to be reinstated. This is totally unacceptable. I live in a v rural area with no mobile phone reception and am completely cut off. Something needs to be sorted now.
